After completing my 4 years of training with MPA Skills, I can say with confidence, it is an excellent place to train at in painting and decorating.The lectures, I can not speak highly enough of.They go above and beyond everyday, with the students put first everytime. All the staff is very friendly, genuine and always happy to help, which makes for a great learning environment.MPA Skills also have contributed and continue to contribute to the painting and decorating Industry, that helps to open up even more opportunities for their students and fellow painters.I would definitely highly recommend MPA Skills for any apprentice training in our painting industry.

These guy have got to be the laziest unorganised and by far the worse apprenticeship company to go through, I’ve been through hell with them with my contract being incorrectly filled out by them, loosing my trade support loan application, lying they haven’t received it then the next day saying they have it to say the following they don’t again. I don’t understand how they can call themselves apprentice support the amount of stress I’ve been through. I’m owed almost 5 months of payments and they are only giving 1 months because of their constant mistakes how is that supporting an apprentices, to bad that I need tools and now can’t afford because of thisWorse place ever

I recently attended a Mental Health First Aid course at ATC Work Smart in Albany. I would highly recommend ATC. The trainer was very knowledgeable, made the course interesting, and we had some great discussions. The course is well worth doing for any industry or for personal interest in assisting work colleagues, friends or family members with mental health issues.

Never got one phone call from these guys. Found employment on my own.

WARNING!!Do not bother with this company either as an apprentice or as an employer.This is the most incompetent company I have ever come across.They offer no support what so ever.I got signed up months ago by the time the bloke got back to his office they had my name wrong and put through my paper work for the complete wrong course.I’ve spoke to numerous different people there and they all tell you different stories it’s genuinely laughable how pathetic this mob is.I have launched a complaint through commerce wa and whilst I attend tafe I will ask as many apprentices as possible their dealings to launch a class investigation into this company.Either fleecing the government or they are fleecing us as apprentices.Should be ashamed of yourselvesProbably explains why so many of your staff have left.It’s pretty known to most

The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.. a very satisfying visit.

I have been involved with MPA Skills since 2007 and I am proud to be part of an organisation that is working hard to employ and to give young adults in Western Australia the best possible education in plumbing and painting and upskill plumbing and painting tradespersons.

Always got me jobs that worked for me long term jobs most of them never a problem with pay or anything probably off and on for 7 or more years recommend

Bad customer service. Does not help much and does care
