Apprenticeship Support Australia - WA

These guy have got to be the laziest unorganised and by far the worse apprenticeship company to go through, I’ve been through hell with them with my contract being incorrectly filled out by them, loosing my trade support loan application, lying they haven’t received it then the next day saying they have it to say the following they don’t again. I don’t understand how they can call themselves apprentice support the amount of stress I’ve been through. I’m owed almost 5 months of payments and they are only giving 1 months because of their constant mistakes how is that supporting an apprentices, to bad that I need tools and now can’t afford because of thisWorse place ever

WARNING!!Do not bother with this company either as an apprentice or as an employer.This is the most incompetent company I have ever come across.They offer no support what so ever.I got signed up months ago by the time the bloke got back to his office they had my name wrong and put through my paper work for the complete wrong course.I’ve spoke to numerous different people there and they all tell you different stories it’s genuinely laughable how pathetic this mob is.I have launched a complaint through commerce wa and whilst I attend tafe I will ask as many apprentices as possible their dealings to launch a class investigation into this company.Either fleecing the government or they are fleecing us as apprentices.Should be ashamed of yourselvesProbably explains why so many of your staff have left.It’s pretty known to most

The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.. a very satisfying visit.

Some staff are helpful but overall lack of support don't lodge documents to the Gov don't answer phones and try to handball issues off to other departments

Very good at losing your documents.

Have an apprentice signed up with this company and they are the most painful organisation i have ever dealt with.Don't answer phones or respond to emails.Trying to change now
